Shipping
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
At hangandlevel.com, we strive to deliver your order in the fastest, most efficient and cost effective manner possible. Your shipping method and address, along with the type of item and its availability, determine how long it takes to get your order and how much it will cost to get it there. Below are some basic guidelines for shipping rates and estimated shipping times.

*Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the United States are determined by U.S. Customs and Immigration and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item for a refund?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from hangandlevel.com. If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your order, just follow these easy steps:

• Place anything you want to return in a box.
• If you're returning everything you ordered, please enclose the original packing slip. If you're returning just part of the order, please enclose a photocopy of the original packing slip.
• Indicate on the packing slip the reason for the return.
• We recommend you send your package using registered/traceable mail - we can't assume responsibility for a lost parcel.

Please allow 6-8 weeks to process your return. Return refunds are processed within 2-3 days of receiving the returned parcel at our distribution centre. Allow additional time during the busy holiday season.  Please note, only the purchase price of your order will be refunded.  Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

U.S. and International returns
U.S. and International orders should be returned using registered mail, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned orders. Find out more about how to return International Orders.

International Orders
I don't live in Canada - can I still order from you?
Yes! We'll gladly accept orders from many countries around the world. Here are just a few things to keep in mind:

• All non-Canadian prices are in US dollars ($US).
• We don't add tax to international orders, but you may have to pay local taxes and customs charges in your country. We do not accept responsibility for these charges.
• International orders may be opened by official Customs Agents for review of their contents.
• Everything on our site can be shipped to international destinations.

Shipping method: US Ground Mail

Rate: $7.95 per order plus $1.95 for each item.

Shipping outside Canada and the United States
Shipping method: International Ground Mail
6-8 weeks
Rate: $10.95 per order plus $3.95 per item

UTR'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO RETURN AND REFUND AS STATED ABOVE AND IN OUR RETURNS POLICY.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL UTR BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURY, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT. UTR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT PLUS CDN$5.00 SHIPPING CHARGES.
